Our twelve-week classes are designed for students who crave a more in-depth acting experience. Working with the same Teaching Artist and ensemble of students for a full semester creates a supportive environment where the class can bond as a trusted community.

In Kids Company, you will learn theatre vocabulary and build foundation skills in the actor’s toolbox of body, voice, and imagination. Emphasis is placed on working as a team, developing expressive communication skills, and learning how to commit to imagined circumstances. Working with a script, the class will culminate in a production.

During rehearsal, you will rehearse your parts and receive individual coaching, play ensemble games to build your teamwork as a class, and develop your expressive theatre skills through drama games and exercises. You will have homework in-between rehearsals.
