We understand that educators sometimes need to have a quote before booking your trip. You can now receive a quote that is valid for ten days before committing to your field trip. To request a quote before booking please follow the steps below. Note- Quotes are valid for 10 days. After 10 days, we cannot guarantee your date.
1- Email the following information to  JGunn@nashvillechildrenstheatre.org
Show you want to book
Preferred Date and Time of Performance
School Name /Grade
Total Number of Students
Total Number of Teachers
Total Number of additional required personnel (including nurses, para-professionals, etc)

2- Get quote approved within 10 days and fill out the official field trip booking form (link will be sent with quote)

Once you have received an official confirmation email from Justin your field trip is booked!   

You will be responsible for payment on or before the day of your performance once your field trip is confirmed.
