A New Musical/Non-Musical – Ages 8-11
Directed by Jacqueline Komos
Nashville Children’s Theatre presents a LIVE performance of Leap Day
Performed by our Kids Company students who have been working on this piece since June 2nd – meeting twice a week for five weeks.
Every Leap Day, the Days of the Week have a day off and celebrate with a huge party at the House of Father Time. However, this Leap Day, nothing goes as planned. The Days feel overworked, demanding an 8th day be added to the week. Tuesday and Friday’s friendship is not what it used to be. And Mother Nature makes a surprising appearance which puts everyone on edge!

HOW TO WATCH
The livestream will start 15-20 minutes prior to showtime. The show will be streamed using the Twitch platform.
We recommend ‘casting’ the video to the largest screen you have available so you can see all of our cast members in their full glory when everyone is on screen. If you do not have this capability, not a worry at all. If you are using wireless internet, please make sure to not have anything else streaming in your house (besides your cast member’s zoom) to ensure the best viewing experience possible.
Pop some popcorn, snuggle in, and enjoy an incredible performance!
SHOW YOUR SUPPORT
Times are hard for everyone these days. However, as you may know, the arts have been hit especially hard by this pandemic. We are offering this viewing completely free of charge, but would love it if you would consider a ticket donation to help support our future programming. Donated funds go directly to supporting our amazing teaching artists and our student financial assistance fund. Youth need the arts and the connections that theatre creates now more than ever, and NCT is dedicated to provide that service to students regardless of their ability to pay.
Please consider helping support that mission by making a donation today.
